In our 3-hour session, we'll design your company vision & team growth plan, structure and refine your role as CEO, identify your most lucrative opportunity to bring on support, and map out your step-by-step hiring and onboarding process to set your team member up for success!

No more than one week following our session, I'll deliver a custom, step-by-step hiring manual and strategy detailing your new hire's job description, job posting, application and interview questions, best practices for navigating the process, and a custom 90-day onboarding plan for your hire. No "what do I do next?" here!

The teambuilding process can feel daunting, but I'll be here to support you as you dig deep into your leadership and pour into your team! You'll receive support via unlimited Voxer messaging for one month following our session.
